**Job Description, Responsibilities and Competencies**:

- Manage multiple Accounting Processes while actively contributing individually too.
- **10th & 12th percentages to be higher than 75%**:

- Manage flexible teams of people
- Client engagement ensuring achievement of timely and controlled financial processes
- Ensuring control of internal processes which provide inputs to Finance
- Monthly, Yearly and Statutory Reporting and Payments
- Ensuring Orcapod has complete business and finance control
- Very Good verbal and written communication skills
- Very Good MS Excel skills

**Qualifications**: B Com. Added Qualifications will be a definite benefit.
