**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various products and systems.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Review and analyze system specifications to identify testing needs and potential issues.
- Identify, report, and track defects and issues through the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve defects and improve product quality.
- Ensure that the products meet the required quality standards before release.
- Conduct regression, performance, stress, and functional testing.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of test processes, results, and issues.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and project meetings, providing testing updates.
- Continuously review and improve QA processes and methodologies.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new testing methodologies, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2-5 years of experience** in **Quality Assurance (QA)** or similar roles.
- Experience in **manual** and **automated testing**.
- Proficiency in testing tools like **Selenium**, **JIRA**, **TestRail**, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of **software development life cycle (SDLC)** and **QA methodologies**.
- Familiarity with **performance testing** and **load testing**.
- Knowledge of **API testing** and **database testing** (SQL).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high focus on quality.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with **automated testing tools** like **Selenium**, **QTP**, or others.
- Familiarity with **Agile** development and **Scrum** methodologies.
- Knowledge of **programming languages** (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Understanding of **UI/UX design** and its impact on testing.
- Experience in **mobile app testing** is an advantage.
