Job Title: Branch Coordinator

Location: Nagpur

Reports to: Branch Manager

Job Purpose:
The Branch Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the branch manager in day-to-day operations of the branch. The coordinator will work closely with the sales team, customer service representatives, and other branch staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the branch. The coordinator will also assist in achieving the branch's sales targets and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Administrative tasks: Responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and updating databases.

Sales support: Provide support to the sales team by ensuring proper documentation of sales orders, coordinating with the production team, and monitoring sales activities.

Customer service: Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints by coordinating with the customer service representatives and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.

Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Branch performance: Work closely with the branch manager to achieve the branch's sales targets and objectives by tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.

Branch maintenance: Ensure that the branch is well-maintained, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Team coordination: Coordinate with the branch staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of inventory management and customer service principles.

Experience working in a sales-oriented environment is an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
