Job Role:Java+Kafka

Job Location:Location: Bangalore /Pune(Hybrid)

Notice period:Immediate joiner to 15 days.

Experience:6 years+

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Build and manage event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the software stack.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 6+ years of experience in professional software development, with a strong emphasis on Java.
- Proven expertise in:

- Spring / Spring Boot
- Kafka, RabbitMQ
- Microservices architecture
- REST API design and development
- AWS or equivalent cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of:

- Concurrency, multi-threading, and performance tuning in Java
- Relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Hands-on with DevOps practices, including version control, CI/CD, and container orchestration.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
