Job Description - Accounts & Admin Assistance (Preferred Immediate Joining) (Part-1)

No.of Vacancy: 1(One)

Age: Not more than 28 years as of 30-06-2024.

Location: Bangalore (one)

Qualification: BCom/BBM/BBA from recognized university.

Experience (as of 30-06-2024): Minimum 1 year of Industry Experience

Detailed Job Description/ Job Specification:

- Gather and monitor financial data and entry transactions in tally software regularly (e.g., sales revenues, Payments, Journal, assets and liabilities).
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- To maintain necessary records, documents, databases and update them on time.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Prepare salary file and ensure timely payment of salary and other dues to staff.
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Maintains office inventories & Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Coordinating with operations team while conducting/organizing and managing appointments, meetings, Events and the conferences.

Skills required:  Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors, Tally, MS Office, Financial Accounting, book Keeping procedures.
