high-growth markets and key verticals. A critical part of this journey lies in our ability to track,
measure and improve key metrics across various products and initiatives in both real-time and
on a periodic basis. Flexing It is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growth team.

**DataOps Associate at Flexing It**

The role of the DataOps Associate will be part of the emerging market research and analytics
function at Flexing It, and provide the opportunity to work with different teams within the
organization. This exciting and challenging role will provide hands-on experience in setting up
and managing business processes, develop data-driven dashboards and contribute to building
the business analytics function. The role offers a 360-degree view of the business in action, and
solid learning opportunities, and is a hybrid.

Key requirements are,

✔ 3-5 years of demonstrable experience working with data, and data-driven processes
(Excel, CRM, data visualization tools, etc.)

✔ Individuals that are self-driven, disciplined, agile, proactive, and have attention to details
will be most suited to this role

✔ Good business communication skills

Individuals with demonstrable experience working and contributing to a team in enterprise SaaS
companies, corporate strategy functions of large companies, and/or any other organization with
a strong analytics function will be preferred. The role offers fast-track career progression.
