We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Web Designer to join our innovative team at Million Tech Private Limited. As a Graphic and Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging and user-friendly websites and digital assets. You will also be involved in creating stunning graphics that enhance the user experience on websites, social media platforms, and various digital campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of web design principles, WordPress, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs for both mobile and web platforms.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design elements are aligned with brand guidelines and contribute to seamless, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visually appealing websites and digital assets, including landing pages, banners, social media graphics, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement designs and optimize websites for responsive performance across various devices.
- Create and modify WordPress themes and templates to meet client requirements.
- Ensure that web design is user-centric, optimized for functionality, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Work with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies to bring designs to life.
- Maintain and update websites, including optimizing performance and troubleshooting design-related issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, web technologies, and tools.
- Work with backend teams to ensure proper integration of design elements with server-side logic.
- Attend client meetings and manage client queries via phone or Google Meet. Strong English-speaking skills are essential.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio of websites, landing pages, and digital assets.
- Proficiency in WordPress, including theme and plugin customization, as well as HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with web design frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot design-related issues and provide creative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and time management.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members, requiring strong English-speaking skills.

**Extra Skills (Plus)**:

- Experience with website performance optimization tools like Google PageSpeed Insights.
- Familiarity with website analytics and SEO principles.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) beyond WordPress, such as Joomla or Drupal.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce or Shopify.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
