**Responsibilities**:

- Teach IELTS courses to students who are preparing to take the IELTS exam for academic or immigration purposes
- Develop lesson plans and course materials that align with the IELTS exam format and objectives
- Administer and grade practice tests and assignments, providing feedback and guidance to students
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students with varying levels of English proficiency
- Monitor and track students' progress, identifying areas for improvement and adapting teaching strategies as needed
- Provide guidance and support to students on exam registration and test-taking strategies
- Stay up-to-date with IELTS exam changes, updates, and best practices
- Participate in professional development activities, such as attending workshops, conferences, and webinars

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as English, education, or linguistics (preferred)
- At least one year of experience teaching IELTS or a similar English proficiency exam
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (verbal and written)
- Strong knowledge of the IELTS exam format and objectives
- Familiarity with IELTS exam preparation materials and resources
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of varying English proficiency levels
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office and digital teaching tools
