**Your Role**:

- Creating high quality realistic and stylized 3D in-game characters
- Sculpting and modelling high and low polygon 3D assets and texture them through the PBR pipeline
- Ensuring that created 3D characters follow the given art direction and are within the agreed production deadlines and conform to the required technical specifications
- Creating hair cards/fur and setting up PBR shader/material
- Collaborating and communicating daily and weekly with project teams

**Must-Have**:

- 4+ years of experience in video games including film and television experience
- A good understanding of the human anatomy and structure/silhouette
- Thorough knowledge of PBR workflow and procedural software such as Substance Painter/Substance Designer/'Marvelous Designer', etc.
- Excellent knowledge of 3D packages such as 3ds Max, Maya, and Z-brush
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Good to Have**:

- Working experience with game engines such as Unreal and/or Unity.
- Ability to adapt to various art styles
