Production Expert for MF
- Agile Project Management and Coordination with Global RnDs and PA MF team for the on time market release of New Products within budget and estimated cost.
- Change Management for the released products
- Responsible for release of New Products into manufacturing by coordination with the CFT and RnD
- Planning the Budget and Timeline for the MF activities in alignment to Project
- Product cost estimation
- Ensure the material, equipment and programs are available on time
- Controlling and Monitoring of the projects
- Close coordination of the Proto and Pilot Runs
- Project Closure
- FMEA and 8D
- Change Management
- Communication and Presentation Skills
- Critical thinking
- Agile and Scrum Knowledge
