Telemarketing Representative

individualsWe are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. As a Tele Caller, you will play a pivotal role in our communication strategy, reaching out to potential customers and clients via telephone to introduce our courses and generate leads.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct outbound calls to individual’s (Parents or Students) to promote our Ed-Tech Course including Game Development and Digital Marketing, explain key points and fee structure, and answer any questions.
- Engage in active listening to understand the needs of potential students and provide information about the benefits and advantages of our offerings.
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone during calls, building rapport and fostering a positive experience.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively convince and influence potential customers, driving them to take action for a demo class or course admission.
- Document all call information and ensure accurate and detailed records of conversations in our database.

REQUIREMENT
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant, articulate speaking voice.
- Presentable and professional demeanor with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software or databases to enter, track, and retrieve information.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
