Social Media Strategist

We’re looking for a creative and analytical **Social Media Strategist** to lead, plan, and execute impactful digital strategies across platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving content direction, audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility for our clients and internal brands.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies for various clients.
- Research target audiences and analyze current benchmarks and industry trends.
- Plan and coordinate content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for creative execution.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize strategies and report performance regularly.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and trending formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories).
- Guide the ad team for campaign inputs and ensure synergy between paid and organic efforts.
- Identify opportunities for influencer tie-ups, collaborations, and viral growth tactics.
Pay: ₹12,511.91 - ₹45,059.12 per month
