**About Us**:
Medyseva is a rapidly growing healthcare startup revolutionizing patient-doctor connectivity through technology. We are building a **Doctor Consortium Network** to foster medical collaboration and expand healthcare accessibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, engage, and onboard doctors from various specialties to form consortiums.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Present and promote Medyseva’s consortium model to doctors, explaining its benefits and impact.
- Strategize and execute plans to expand the doctor network across multiple regions.
- Ensure active participation of onboarded doctors and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operations.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for network expansion.
- Travel extensively to meet doctors, medical institutions, and healthcare stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in medical sales, pharma marketing, or business development in the healthcare sector.
- Strong existing relationships with doctors across specialties.
- Proven ability to build and expand professional networks in the medical field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
