**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct nursing care such as administering medications, injections, and IVs
- Assist doctors during patient consultations, dressings, and minor procedures
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, hygiene, and aftercare
- Ensure proper sterilization and cleanliness of instruments and treatment rooms
- Follow infection control and clinic safety protocols
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and report stock shortages
- Support reception or administrative tasks when necessary

**Qualifications**:

- **GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)** or **ANM (Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery)** from a recognized institute
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council (mandatory)
- 2 years of nursing experience in a clinic or hospital preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge for updating digital records (preferred)
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
- Compassion, patience, and good communication with patients & families.
- Ability to handle medical equipment and emergency situations.
- Team collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Diploma (required)
