**JOB PURPOSE**
To ensure Manufacturing Operations with safe & defined quality parameters
Job Area: Blender / Extruder / Packaging /QA/ Utility-Silo all area in Production.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
Follow site EHS norms / standard and demonstrate continual improvement initiatives at his work area.
Maintain his area clean as per Lean 5S standard and sets example for others in keeping their area clean.
Take initiative, self-directed and exhibit high motivational levels. To meet manufacturing metrics; assist as required on strategic projects / initiatives and drive kaizen implementation / process - quality improvement at work area. Take interest in solving problem.
Willingly help others beyond his work area.
Grasp fast and go into details of work initiated / assigned. Seek answers for unknown from colleagues.
Discipline in behavior & responsible to follow standard at work area assumes responsibility for own mistake and make corrections.
See change as a tool for improvement. Demonstrate flexibility and self-motivation to meet functional requirement.
Filling of logbooks and respective area documentation with detailed down time, corrective action, COT time, lot data sheet with accountability & effective communication to next shifts.
**MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
Diploma in Mechanical (most preferable), or Diploma in Plastics / Electrical Engineering with 3 years' experience.
Computer literacy
Good knowledge about Mfg. Process & equipments
Knowledge - Plastics compounding Manufacturing related Process & Procedure
Skills - Safety orientation and appreciation of safety systems. Plan & implement activities relating to his area.
Abilities - Understand, follow & implement SOPs and EHS norms. Take initiatives & sustain improvements
