**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee all finance and accounting operations—maintain our books, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Coordinate, prepare, and analyze annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly/annual closing activities.
- Lead internal and external audits; ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax laws.
- Manage cash flow, banking, and treasury activities.
- Ensure timely filing of all returns—GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA, and others—while keeping an eagle eye on regulatory changes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls across departments; regularly review workflow to safeguard assets and data.
- Identify and drive improvements in financial reporting, processes, and cost efficiencies.
- Provide financial insights and guidance to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and manage junior accounting staff; encourage professional development and accuracy.

**Who You Are**
- CA, CMA, or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/Inter/Final preferred but not mandatory).
- 5+ years’ relevant hands-on experience in finance, audits, and regulatory compliance (SME, manufacturing, or retail preferred).
- High-level proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting ERPs.
- In-depth understanding of Indian financial regulations, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communicator and collaborator for cross-team projects.
- Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setup. Exposure to retail, e-commerce, or home improvement sector accounting.
- Comfortable leading automation and digitization projects for finance.

Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
