Shopping Assistant

We seek a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to oversee the smooth operation of our 3-4 areas.

1. Ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining quality standards, and managing the day-to-day operations.

2. Building strong relationships with customers and partners.

3. Implementing quality control measures to uphold product and service standards.

4. Preparing regular reports on operational performance.

5. Providing leadership and guidance to shop masters and delivery partners.

6. Addressing and resolving operational challenges and issues promptly.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
