**Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the online store to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate shipping logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings on ecommerce platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
- Monitor ecommerce platform performance, ensuring seamless order processing and accurate delivery.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and correct delivery of products to customers.
- Identify areas for operational improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Expert proficiency** in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce principles and operations.
- Hands-on experience with **logistics operations** and managing order fulfilment processes.
- Proficiency in using major ecommerce platforms like **Amazon, Myntra, FNP**, and other marketplace seller operations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work with cross-functional teams.
