The company is currently looking for a Pattern Master with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their team.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Draw and cut digital patterns based on designs using Optitech Software.**:
- **Ensure precision in pattern cutting and alignment according to design specifications.**:
- **Collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure pattern quality and timely delivery.**:
- **Review and adjust patterns for various leather products (handbags, accessories, belts) to ensure high-quality production.**
**Qualifications**:
- **Minimum 5 years of experience in pattern making for leather goods, particularly handbags and accessories.**:
- **Proficiency in Optitech Software for creating and cutting digital patterns.**:
- **Strong understanding of leather materials and how they interact with patterns.**:
- **Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.**
