We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant Executive to join our finance team and help us manage our accounting operations and financial reporting. As an Accountant Executive, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and overseeing the accounting staff and processes.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

Analyze financial data and identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records and transactions

Monitor and maintain internal controls and accounting policies and procedures

Coordinate and assist with external audits and tax filings

Manage and supervise the accounting staff and their daily activities

Provide guidance and support to the accounting staff on accounting issues and best practices

Liaise with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure proper accounting and reporting of revenues and expenses

Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts and provide variance analysis

Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification

Proven work experience as an Accountant Executive, Senior Accountant, or similar role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations

Proficient in MS Office and accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
