Graphic Designer

Responsible for:

- Supporting all visual aspects of bid production, including infographics, whole document submissions, presentations.
- Implementing our visual identity across a full suite of touchpoints
- Supporting the translation of client requirements into winning bid graphics and documents
- Working as an integral part of the bid team, contributing ideas to bid development
- Ensuring feedback on graphics is understood and implemented
- Graphic design of other business development literature for a range of audiences (internal and external), including posters, flyers, brochures, HTML, newsletter and booklets.
- Design for advanced PowerPoint presentations
- Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavours, projects and events
- Keeping abreast of and sharing graphic design best practice across the unit to enhance the production of business development literature (electronic and paper-based)
- Contribute to a knowledge bank of bid and other business development material
- Interpreting feedback for continual improvement and sharing lessons learnt with peers and bid team colleagues.
- Work closely with the regional communications team to share best practices, and implement brand guidelines.
- For this opportunity your experience is expected to include:

- Has gained a graphic design degree or equivalent, with a great portfolio of work showcasing your high graphic design ability
- Has experience of working in a graphics environment, to a brief and delivering to deadlines with some evidence of design management capability
- Can communicate to others the need for, and elements of, a brand visual identity
- Has strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop)
- Excellent working knowledge of document production software, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)

**Job Profile**
- We are recruiting for a creative graphic designer with a keen eye for detail to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing high quality graphics and documents in support of winning bid submissions and other business development activities across our South Asia Unit.
- You will bring both creativity and rigour in the production of documents, figures, organisation structures, and other visual elements of electronic and paper-based literature. We want you to be able to translate ideas into effective graphics that can be readily understood by our various audiences and elevate the quality of bid submissions to capture the attention of evaluators. You will be well-versed in working across a range of relevant software, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint and InDesign.
