**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow-up with leads and manage customer expectations.
- Achieve individual and team targets related to sales, appointments, and customer satisfaction.
- Update the CRM system with relevant customer information.
- Upsell and cross-sell company offerings where applicable.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
