**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand and explain IT services such as Web Development, Designing, SEO, Digital Marketing, and App Development
- Understand client requirements and suggest tailored IT solutions
- Set up meetings, prepare proposals, and manage the complete sales cycle
- Maintain client data in CRM and provide regular updates
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity

**Requirements**:

- Background in IT or Computer Science (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or digital services
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Basic understanding of web and digital services
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
