*** What you’ll be doing...**
- The Major Incident Manager is responsible for the end
- to-end management of all IT major incidents.
- Leading, driving, facilitating and chairing all investigation activities, meetings, and conference calls.
- Forming collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles and deadlines, and ensuring these are completed.
- Being accountable for resolving the outage via workaround or permanent fix.
- Supporting and nurturing process improvements and knowledge base improvements.
- Continually maintaining and developing tools and resources to manage major incidents effectively
Providing periodic major incident metrics reports

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
*** What we’re looking for...**

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree with one or more years of experience.
- Knowledge in ITSM processes
- Experience in handling Major Incident calls
- ITIL foundation Certification
- Knowledge of ITIL model and experience working in an Incident, Problem & Change.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- Written and verbal communication skills.
- CCNA certification.
- Knowledge in the Network domain.
- ITIL certification.
