**Job Roles and responsibilities.**
- **Procurement Support**:
- Receive and document purchase order details from Pharmacy, for medicines and other required products.
- Identify suitable vendors, and place purchase requests.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of medicines to the SCM department.
- **Logistics and Delivery**:
- Arrange or personally pick up medicines and products from suppliers when delivery is not possible or in case of urgent requirement.
- Ensure that all received goods are accurately listed in the system for proper Goods Received Note (GRN) processing.
- Handle the replacement of damaged goods, ensuring that invoices are adjusted as needed.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Assist in the organization and counting of stock within the main store and sub-stores of various departments.
- **Credit Notes Follow-up**: Monitor and manage the inventory of medicines nearing expiry or expired, coordinating with suppliers for replacement or credit notes in collaboration with the SCM team.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Prepare detailed reports on pharmacy procurement activities, including vendor details, procurement dates, and invoice information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions and stock movements.
- Daily reports of the procurement of medicines activities to the reporting manager based on the formats suggested by reporting manager.
- Send daily report on CN information to the reporting manager and other relevant team members on instructions on the format suggested by the reporting manager.
- Send report on the indents issued to departments and get acknowledgment from the reporting manager for the issued indents as per the instructions of the reporting manager.
- **Departmental Support**:
- Assist the SCM department in procuring general items for other facility functions such as Laboratory, Radiology, OPD and Administration.
- Receive and collate stock indents from various departments and manage the dispatch of items to designated team members.
- Obtain acknowledgments for dispatched items and maintain organized records.
- **General Assistance**:
- Support the SCM department in all areas of supply chain operations as needed, including organizing and facilitating the pick-up or delivery of materials to ensure smooth facility operations when required.
**7. Pharmacy operation’s support**:
- Customer Service and Billing, coverage of the roster requirements in the Pharmacy department when team members are absent.
- Assit in pharmacy audits as may be necessary in coordination with the pharmacy team.
- Fulfil duties at pharmacy in case of absence.
- Work in Rotational shifts to fulfil operational gaps in pharmacy and ensure uninterrupted operations of pharmacy based on instructions of reporting manager and in coordination with the pharmacy team.
**Expectations & Requirements**
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Pharmacy, healthcare, logistics or any related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience procurement, or inventory management is advantageous.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel to vendor locations for pick-up or delivery of goods.
**Work Environment**:
- The role is primarily based within the SCM department as well as Pharmacy department with occasional travel required to vendor locations.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
