Female Hairdresser

As a **Female Hairdresser** at LAD&LASS Unisex Salon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair care services to clients of all genders, ages, and hair types. Your duties will include:

- **Hair Cutting and Styling**:

- Perform basic and advanced haircuts for women.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
- Stay up-to-date with styling trends and techniques.
- **Hair Coloring**:

- Advise clients on color options based on their skin tone and personal style.
- **Hair Treatments**:

- Provide hair treatments such as keratin smoothing treatments, deep conditioning, and oil massages.
- Recommend appropriate treatments based on clients’ hair condition.
- **Shampooing and Blow-drying**:

- Wash and shampoo clients’ hair.
- Use blow-dryers and styling tools to achieve desired looks.
- **Client Consultation**:

- Understand clients’ needs and preferences.
- Offer personalized advice on hair care and styling.
- **Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene**:

- Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized.
- Follow salon hygiene protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hair styling: 2 years (preferred)
- Hair Coloring: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
