We are currently seeking a **SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT** to join our dynamic marketing team. You will primarily be responsible for Novyy's presence on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. You will design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the business goals. This is an ideal opportunity for a young person with 2-3 years of relevant experience who wishes to make a remarkable contribution to an early stage venture.

**Immediate Joining. Salary non-negotiable.**

**Skills**
- The person must demonstrate strong skills in verbal and written communication, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and experience with major social media platforms.
- Must display a demonstrable track record of managing Instagram Business in their previous occupation.

**Requirements**:

- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news). Must be proficient in use of scheduling tool like Later and designing tool like Canva to create excellent media graphics. Experience with Pinterest content will be welcome.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to assess effectiveness of social media activities.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. Must have excellent command over British English.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

**Certifications**:

- Must possess certifications of Advanced Instagram marketing Course of Udemy and Meta Blueprint certifications for Instagram business, stories, live, hashtags and advertising on Instagram
