Key Responsibilities

1. **Content Creation**
- Capture high-quality images for use in online campaigns, websites, social media, and advertising materials.
- Photograph products, events, team members, and behind-the-scenes moments to humanize the brand.
- Take lifestyle and conceptual photos that align with brand identity and campaign goals.

2. **Photo Editing and Post-Production**
- Retouch and edit photos using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
- Ensure consistency in visual style and color grading across campaigns.
- Resize and optimize images for various digital platforms (web, social, ads).

3. **Collaboration with Marketing Team**
- Work with graphic designers, content creators, and social media managers to understand visual requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative direction and campaign planning.
- Align photography style with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

4. **Studio and Equipment Management**
- Maintain and manage photography equipment, lighting, and studio setup.
- Ensure backups and proper file organization for future use.

5. **Shooting Video (Optional but Common)**
- In some cases, also capture basic video footage for reels, ads, or promotional clips.
- Assist videographers or take B-roll shots for multimedia campaigns.

6. **Event Coverage**
- Document corporate events, product launches, and team activities for internal and external use.
- Provide real-time content when needed for social media during live events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
