_Required: _
- Freshers with minimum 6 months of experience in various industries can also apply.
- Experience in the entire Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/Rate negotiation.
- Self-motivated, Confident, Aggressive, Target-oriented.
- US IT Recruiter(s) - Direct client / Implementation Partners / Must be well versed with W2 or C2C
- Sourcing from various Job Portals, i.e..., Job Diva/Dice/ Monster Preferred
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing strategies to offer negotiation.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Should have Good Exposure working with Direct Clients OR Implementation Partners as well.
- Should be well aware of Tax terms and US Visa's
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
- Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
- Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure
