Reception & Guest Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring a hospitable and organized reception area.
2. Administrative Support
- Maintain records of visitors, appointments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors, courier agencies, and housekeeping staff for office maintenance.
- Assist in handling office supplies, stationery, and inventory management.
3. Sales Team Assistance
- Support the sales team in client coordination and scheduling meetings.
- Assist with documentation, client records, and follow-up tasks.
- Help in organizing events, site visits, and promotional activities.
4. General Office Management
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Monitor office equipment and coordinate maintenance as required.
- Maintain compliance with company protocols and security procedures.
Desired Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Well-organized with multitasking and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic CRM tools.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1 - 4 years of experience in front office, reception, or administration roles.
- Experience in the real estate, hospitality, or corporate sector is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
