**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Customer Relationship Executive** who will be responsible for visiting clients at their residences for timely payment collections and maintaining strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit customers' homes as per the scheduled route plan for payment follow-ups and collections.
- Explain outstanding dues and clarify any queries the customer may have.
- Ensure on-time collection of payments and submit reports to the accounts team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure future payment compliance.
- Handle grievances politely and escalate any concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with CRM and Finance departments for updated dues and payment statuses.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, field collection, or related role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or collection software preferred.
- Own two-wheeler (if applicable) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
