**Quantity Surveyor**

Preparation of BoQ for Healthcare, Hospitality, Automotive, Residential and Commercial Buildings (Civil and Interiors).

Negotiating with Vendors / Contractors based on BoQ.

Checking of Contractor / vendor bills and preparing Bill Certificates.

Rate analysis for Non Tendered items.

Site visit for measurement verifications.

Preparing Comparative statements.

Need thorough knowledge of Civil and Interior items with a proper knowledge of specifications.

5 or more years of experience will be preferred.Experience in Architecture / Builder firms will be ideal.

Location: Coimbatore

**Salary**: ₹11,789.32 - ₹35,000.00 per month
