**Job Title**: Admin Executive
**Location**: Boisar, Palghar
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in an administrative role
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Assist HR in maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain and update inventory records of office equipment and factory essentials.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
- Assist in maintaining and updating company policies and procedures.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff when required.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of factory compliance and safety regulations is an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
