**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate the MD’s schedule, meetings, and travel plans.
- Serve as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and follow up on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights to support executive decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Liaise with department heads, clients, and partners as required by the MD.
- Organize corporate events, board meetings, and other executive-level engagements.
- Support the MD in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
- Professional demeanor and proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Prior experience working with senior leadership or C-level executives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across departments.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment.
Pay: ₹10,975.69 - ₹20,000.00 per month
