About the role: Executive - Accounts - Mumbai

An Executive in Accounts, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience with thorough knowledge of TDS compliance and GST. Working knowledge of MS Office and Tally ERP 9 is required.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Accounting of transactions with accuracy, timely recording of transactions and day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Preparing monthly Financials and Management Information Reports (MIS) - Bank Reconciliations and Customer/Vendor Reconciliations.
- Working knowledge of Tax deducted at source, advance tax, etc. (TDS payment workings monthly basis and filling of Quarterly TDS returns)
- Working knowledge of Goods and Service Tax (GST), compliance, and return filing process (GST payment workings and filling of returns along with Annexures monthly basis).
- Working knowledge of Provident fund, ESI and PT compliance where applicable. - Payroll workings and Payroll register maintenance, tax computation, etc.
- Monthly book closure after recording provisions and special transactions. - Preparing various management reports for sales, purchase, AR, AP and Expenses

Technical Skills: - Microsoft office mainly strong MS-Excel skills - Tally or QuickBooks working knowledge is a MUST.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Byculla, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
