**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately post payments, adjustments, and denials from insurance companies and patients into the practice management system.
- Review remittance advice (ERA) and EOB (Explanation of Benefits) to ensure proper posting of payments and adjustments.
- Reconcile payments posted to ensure the amount received matches the remittance advice.
- Identify and research discrepancies in payments, denials, or adjustments and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in processing and posting payments to avoid errors or delays in revenue cycle processes.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a payment posting, billing, or revenue cycle management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Understanding of healthcare insurance, billing, coding, and remittance processes (ERA, EOBs).
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and practice management software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
