**Embroidery Designer Responsibilities & Duties**
- Create and develop original embroidery designs
- Select appropriate fabrics, threads, and needles for each design
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of embroidered pieces
- Work closely with other team members
- Review and test designs for feasibility and durability
- Manage and meet tight deadlines
- Keep detailed records of designs and production processes
- Proficiency in embroidery design software such as Wilcom, PE Design, or similar
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the têxtile industry
- Strong artistic skills and an eye for color and detail
- Familiarity with various types of fabrics and embroidery techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the latest trends in embroidery and fashion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
