As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually engaging and compelling motion graphics content to support our clients in the BFSI sector. This position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Create high-quality, visually appealing motion graphics and animations for a wide range of projects, including promotional videos, explainer videos, product demonstrations, and more.

Develop storyboards and concept designs to ensure that the motion graphics align with the project's goals and effectively convey the intended message.

Utilize industry-standard tools and software to produce animations and motion graphics.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design and animation trends, and incorporate innovative techniques into your work.

Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency and ensure that the designs align with the client's image and message.

Offer creative input and suggestions to enhance the quality and impact of motion graphics projects.

**Qualifications**:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant tools.

Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with the latest design trends.

Knowledge of the BFSI industry and the ability to adapt designs to suit the industry's requirements is a plus.
