**Job Description: Digital Marketing**

**Location**: Surat
**Salary**: 20,000 30,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:
**SEO & SEM Management**:
Optimize the website and content for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Manage and execute paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.
**Social Media Marketing**:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
**Content Marketing**:
Assist with creating and curating high-quality content for the companys website, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms. Ensure content aligns with brand tone and audience interests.
**Performance Tracking & Analytics**:
Monitor digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other performance tracking tools. Provide reports on campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
**PPC Campaigns**:
Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across search engines and social media platforms to drive traffic and generate quality leads.
**Collaborate with Other Teams**:
Work with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure digital marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals. Contribute ideas for improving customer acquisition and retention strategies.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create engaging content and analyze digital campaign performance
- A creative and analytical mindset, with an ability to think strategically
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
