Job Description and Specification - Programmer

Location: Bangalore

Title**:JD** **Programmer**

Reports to: Manager Programming Services

Qualification: B Tech/BE/Diploma in Engg

Desirable: E & TC/IT prefered

Tech Qualification/Certification/Trg: Crestron, Biamp DSP Nexia TC, VC, Audioflex

Technical awareness: AV Switchers, Room Scheduler, Lighting Control,
Audio Digital mixers, LCD Plasma Panels

Experience: 2 yrs and above

Communication Skills: Fluency in English speaking and written

Main Purpose of position:
1. Required to work independently with guidance from Manager Programming Services where necessary.
2. Required to carry out programming in different sites.
3. Provide programming support to Service team where required.
4. Provide total customer satisfaction in respect of programming tasks assigned.
5. Understand the requirement of customers and incorporate in the programming assignment.
6. Where a specific task is not under control, escalate to Manager Programming Services for taking guidance.
7. Be prepared to travel within Mumbai and also to branches for specific programming jobs.
8. Provide regular feed back to Manager Programming Services on the progress of tasks assigned.

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

- Domlur, Bengaluru - 560071, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

- Diploma (preferred)
