Technology : Backup, recovery, disaster recovery, BCP, full backup, incremental, tape, LTO, deduplication, CDP, Replication, Vmware backups.
Operational and Product SupportTo Setup and administer storage units and storage devices, Tape Libraries and Data Domains To Provide product support for EMC Networker.To proactively provide backup operational support on 24X7 basis as per SLA (attainment and adherenceTo Manage EMC Networker & Avamar solutions for various client platforms and backup types such as file servers, online databases, desktops & virtual servers etc.To support different shifts to enable 24x7 support and must be available on call as & when required.Basic Troubleshooting SupportTo Monitor daily backup activity and reporting to proactively avoid issues and troubleshoot missed and failed backup jobs.Must possess the ability to craft innovative technical solutions in a challenging environmenAnalyzing the OS & Backup logs, alert logs, Warning logs and other trace files and diagnosing problems.Timely and Proactive EscalationsBeing able to access and analyze fault, prioritize, respond and escalate accordingly.Being Proactive in escalating the L2 issuesTimely submission of Necessary MIS to Supervisor/ManagementCreate and update documentation for backup procedures, solutions, licensing and applicable project artifacts.

**Salary**: ₹30,122.81 - ₹69,965.78 per month
