**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate relevant **government tender opportunities**, particularly in **HVAC and electrical sectors**.
- Manage the **end-to-end tender process**, including documentation, pricing, and submission.
- Lead the **preparation of technically sound and compliant tender proposals** in coordination with engineering, finance, and operations teams.
- Ensure **strict compliance** with tender requirements, company policies, and government procurement standards.
- Maintain and update company registration and documentation on **GeM**, eProcurement portals, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with **government officials, procurement officers, and industry partners**.
- Track tender outcomes, maintain records, and provide management with **regular progress reports**.
- Analyze tender results and feedback to **enhance future proposal quality and competitiveness**.
- Stay updated on changes in **government procurement policies, GeM guidelines**, and industry trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Proven experience** (3-5 years preferred) as a **Government Tender Executive**, Tender Specialist, or similar role.
- **In-depth knowledge** of government procurement processes, including **GeM portal operations** and e-tendering procedures.
- Experience in **HVAC and electrical project tenders** is **mandatory**.
- Strong understanding of **proposal development, costing, budgeting**, and **pricing strategies**.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills.
- Exceptional **attention to detail**, accuracy, and time management.
- Ability to **manage multiple tenders** under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in **MS Office**, GeM Portal, and eProcurement tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering**, or a related field.

Pay: ₹18,655.41 - ₹47,364.23 per month
