We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information on our accounts databases and computer systems.

**Responsibilities**
- Insert customer and account data entry
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential

**Required skills**
- Experience 1 to 2 years
- Proven **accounts data entry **working experience in **SAP & Tally **and accuracy in **advanced Excel **and data program,s Trustworthy with an eye for detail
- Verifies and logs receipt of data.
- Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
- Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
- Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Bank reconciliation
- B.Com
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision

Job Location - Thane

**Salary**: ₹9,317.42 - ₹30,029.20 per month
