**Job Title**: Research and Field Project Assistant
**Location**: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Educational Requirement**: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Botany or related fields (PhD/JRF not mandatory)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits and surveys, collaborating with local farmers and stakeholders to promote organic farming and conservation.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to soil microbes, indigenous crop seeds, and farming outcomes.
- Prepare cultures of soil microbes, manage soil sample testing, and contribute to creating organic fertilizers.
- Support workshops and training sessions by preparing materials and resources.
- Prepare project progress reports, technical documentation, and assist in editing relevant reports.
- Communicate with project officials, ensuring smooth coordination of project activities.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong project management, data handling, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in field-based environments and communicate effectively with local communities.
- Keen interest in sustainable agriculture, biodiversity conservation, and research.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Botany, Agriculture, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
