**What You Will Do In Your Role**

We are on the hunt for an exceptionally talented Compliance Partner to join our Team in Bangalore, India. This Compliance Business Partner role will support all KGSI-badged employees in India who work across Finance Capability/ Organization. This role is primarily responsible for actively partnering with his/her customers and peers and contributing profitable actions, ideas, and solutions that:

- Advances our culture.
- Enables progression towards his/her customers’ key strategies and goals.
- Accelerates value capture; and
- Incorporates risk-optimized decision making that provides reasonable assurance of compliance with global laws/regulations.

**This role will be responsible for**:

- Serving as the first point of contact for compliance questions and concerns (Code of Conduct, risk management, training, assurance activities, events, and investigations, risk identification and management, etc.) for the Finance organization.
- Partnering with KGS and Koch global compliance, Legal, Security, HR and other resources to ensure best knowledge is engaged in given situations (e.g., investigations, audits, etc.)
- Staying informed of emerging compliance-related laws and regulations (e.g., Anti-Corruption Laws, Data Privacy Laws, etc.) that may have potential applicability to the KGSI Businesses and Capabilities he/she supports.
- Drive Business Outcomes through strategic initiatives

**A Day In The Life Could Include**:

- Contribute to the build and sustainability of a Principle Based Management culture recognizing that Stewardship and Compliance is only one of eight mutually reinforcing Principles that comprise our culture. All eight Principles must be present to truly have a Principle Based Management culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor and build and maintain relationships and transparent communication with leaders, employees, and peers alike.
- Contribute to initiatives to ensure knowledge, best practices, and other information is shared in a timely manner (e.g., HR Compliance, EHS, Koch companies, etc.)
- Documents key programmatic aspects of compliance controls, processes, and procedures that supports the business.
- Participates in service delivery strategic planning and owns the development and execution of tactical plans necessary to achieve high results.
- Manage all compliance and EHS events, Overview or conduct investigations (as necessary), develop metrics, and share events/learnings with employees, as applicable.

- Strong understanding of what risk-optimized decisions and actions look like.
- Effective communication skills across a range of audiences
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce
- Strong vendor management and partner relation skills to identify and leverage both internal and external resources that support business objective

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Experience in Business risk analysis and mitigation
- Compliance experience in Data Privacy, IT Risk and Control, Financial Risks.
