**Senior Marketing Specialist (Construction Industry)**

Location: Bangalore (Ullal)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies for construction projects (residential, commercial, layouts, etc.).
- Design offline marketing strategies including site branding, brochures, hoardings, events, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with the sales and project teams to align marketing efforts with construction timelines and sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Drive lead generation campaigns and implement nurturing funnels for high-quality conversions.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, content strategy, and PR activities.
- Track, analyze, and report the performance of campaigns to management with actionable insights.
- Mentor junior marketing team members and guide them in campaign execution.

**Requirements**:

- 5-6 years of experience in marketing within the construction/real estate industry (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms (Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, SEO tools).
- Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns in the real estate/construction space.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales, architects, and project managers to align strategies.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
