**Job Title: SAP EHS & EHSM Trainer (Part-Time / Freelance)Location: RemoteJob Type**: Part-time / Freelance**Working Hours**:

- **Weekdays**: 1 hour per day
- **Weekends**: 2 hours per day

**Training Duration**:

- **Total syllabus time**: 30-40 hours (to be completed over several weeks)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver Training**: Conduct remote sessions on SAP EHS & EHSM modules, ensuring participants gain a solid understanding of the topics.
- **Prepare Materials**: Create and update training materials, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- **Assess Participants**: Monitor and assess trainee progress, providing guidance and support where necessary.
- **Ensure Engagement**: Use a variety of teaching methods to keep participants engaged and ensure effective learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP EHS & EHSM, including training and implementation.
- **SAP Certification**: SAP EHS/EHSM certification is a plus.
- **Teaching/Training Experience**: Proven experience in delivering training sessions to diverse groups, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in using SAP EHS/EHSM and other related tools. Ability to troubleshoot and assist participants with technical issues.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a **freelance position** with a flexible schedule.
- You will need access to **SAP training environments** (or the ability to arrange access for participants).
- **Previous remote teaching experience** is preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
