Job Description:
- In this role, you'll work on growing the company's social media presence and engaging with the community on various social platforms to generate leads & online sales.

Work Place: - WFF (Work From Office).

Experience Required: - 1 - 3 Years experience in digital marketing.

MAIN WORK:
- Enhance brand and build a solid online presence.
- Responsible for developing social media content & strategy.
- Must have good writing skills.
- Create strategies and campaign-related to sales.
- Drive engagement through organic and inorganic measures.
- Responsible for Lead Generation & Traffic Generation Campaigns.

SUB WORK:
- Engage with followers.
- Respond to queries.
- Maintain a monthly calendar for social media.

KNOWLEDGE OF WEB TOOLS REQUIRED:
- Required knowledge of tools such as Facebook creator studio, Facebook ads manager, google ads, YouTube ads, etc.
- Must know about social media and search platforms Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, etc.
- Must know Adobe suite, Canva &, etc.

DESIRED CANDIDATE:
- Ability to ideate, think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvement.
- Understanding of trends on social media.
- In-depth understanding of social media marketing.

Note: THE CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN KOLKATA. (NO RELOCATION)

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
