**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized and anticipatory service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with packing/unpacking, wardrobe management, and other bespoke services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and front office to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain high standards of etiquette, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ensure guest areas are maintained to the highest standard at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Butler in **luxury hotels (Oberoi, Taj, Leela, ITC preferred)**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold guest privacy
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
