Procurement Operation

Requisition ID: 30875- Job Location(s): Oragadam, INWe have an immediate opportunity for the role of Procurement operation ( SAP Coordinator) to join us at our diverse team.

**Responsibilities**:

- SAP Co-Ordinator for Procurement Operational Task.
- Understand the requirements of Project BOM, Cost breakup as per Line items and place Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers.
- Should have basic knowledge on Enclosed Drive electrical panels.
- Should be aware about SAP System knowledge to handle procurement operation
- PO Placement, Sub-Con DN creation, IBD creations.
- Support & collaborate with project managers for BOM and Raw materials code understanding and work along with SAP Planning team for PO creation input.
- Support & collaborate with Strategic procurement team for final cost price break up as per line items & place error free PO to Supplier.
- Support & collaborate with Warehouse (WH) team for Sub-con DN Creation & follow up with Warehouse for Sub-con free issue material delivery to suppliers.
- Support & collaborate with WH team for Returnable & Non-returnable DC request & follow up with Warehouse for courier the materials for service cases.
- Support & collaborate with WH & Project managers for panel dispatch for combine testing process as request DC in warehouse portal.
- Conduct weekly review meeting with Project managers & CSC team for Open Service complaint case material ordering and dispatch to site.
- Conduct weekly review meeting with Project managers & WH team for Open Sub-con material status, DN release and dispatch to suppliers.
- Strong collaborate with different components suppliers and co-ordinate with them for delivery of materials as per committed date along with Project Managers for Inhouse orders.
- Strong collaborate with different suppliers and co-ordinate with them & WH for soft copy invoice line-item verification, IBD creation and support for GRN process.
- Collect sub-con free issued material stock confirmation letter from sub-con panel supplier on Monthly basis as per WH stock report.
- Strong communication capability and ability to draw support from cross functional teams Project managers, Strategic procurement team, Planning team, WH team, and CSC team.
- Strong supplier relations & engagement with different suppliers
- Maintain monthly data of PO placed, DN created, DC requested, and service materials list supported.

**Background & Skills**:

- 2.1. Minimum requirements to educational background
- Engineering graduate in electrical & electronics.
- 2.2. Minimum requirements to working experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in Manufacturing Industries & SAP Procurement operation.
- Experience on SAP Purchase order placement, Supplier Co-ordination
- 2.3. Essential personal characteristics
